We having core cable is cheaper than pair cable in market, Instead of pair cable using for sensors, why do we use core cable for sensors signals for PLC?

Please explain me clearly.

And also i want to know the loss of signals in sensor signals while transmitting to long distance?

How it can be rectify it?

reply me in mail also please.... :-(

Tamil, if you are asking why we would use a paired cable (such as a twisted pair) for instrumentation and other electronics rather than using single conductors, there are a variety of benefits that compel us to use such cabling. One obvious benefit is noise rejection, and the mitigation of EMI/RFI.

A good article to consider is http://www.eetimes.com/design/industrial-control/4372623/Use-a-twist-- and-other-popular-wires--to-reduce-EMI-RFI
