joined a company as a trainee. pls clear the doubts i am having

1. i have load cell. i give excitation is 10v then signal of load cell give 0.6 mv

2. so it is perfect or not when i put 20 gm weight on it than my signal give 0.7 mv. if i want to 10gm reading than how to done?

3. pls tell me how to measure 10gm weight by my load cell

4. my application is measure the force which given to the coronary stent.
