Time Stamped data in citect scada

hello every body
i'm working on citect scada 7.30, and i want to display a timestamped data (time stamped by an ERT and CRA in a quantum PLC), using timestamped alarms in the scada SOE or alarm summary.
i have configured an OFS server.
and created the timestamped alarms.
but in the SOE, alarms are not displayed dynamically. i need to refresh it manually to see the new list. so i need your help to display it dynamically and automatically.
Q2- i want to add columns in the SOE: TSQuality, and quality.
i don't know how doing it.
