Hi All...

Just trying to collect some opinions on HMI touchscreen operator panels.

Does anyone recommend a certain brand, model, for ease of use, programming, graphics, colors, etc., etc.

I need to replace some operator panels and was considering a new touchscreen HMI.

What could be alternative to that one?

Any suggestions or advice would be welcome.

I think that unless it's a large marquee display (can't tell the size from the thumbnail), $629 is too much for a text only unit.

Check out the newest graphic screens from Idec. Very bright, very saturated colors, excellent resolution, most have Ethernet, and the pricing is great.

The software and firmware are a little quirky.

That is a marquee not a touch panel. Look at the G3 of touch panels.

InteractX is an easy to use HMI and has some nice graphics.
