Demineralized water plant concentration analyzer interlock

We are going to have a new DM water plant. In that for regeneration of WBA/SBA,WAC/SAC and MB vessels there will be 22% HCL and 21% caustic diluted with water. The final concentration will be 5% for both acid and caustic.
For measuring of concentration we will be installing online concentration analyzers. There is requirement for having an interlock to stop the process if the concentration varies by +/- 0.5%.
My query is that is anyone in their plant are using online concentration analyzers? If yes then whether those are used for indication only or for interlock also? Also what is the accuracy and reliability of these analyzers?
