Pulses per second to flowrate

i am using GEFanuc PLC and would like to know different methods to calculate the flow rate from pulse output from LF Meters? The pulses per volume output is not know, so any method by using which the flow rate can be precisely measured.

the PLC brand is irrelevant.
If you do not know the number of pulses per volume and you do not know the volume per pulse. It can not be done.
Double check the documentation on your sensor or get one that gives you a definitive answer.
