Export CSV data from Yokogawa Centum CS UNIX ICS

We have Centum CS system based on UNIX platform. Every midnight the system will automatically produce a report in hardcopy via line printer.
How is it possible to export this report in softcopy form from the ICS?

I do not know the Centum CS system but if it uses a cron job you might modify the command that is run by cron on midnight and add your export function.
