I want to detect the load cell failure (either 1 or many failures) with out physically inspecting each load cell in an established system.
The system consists of 16 load cells [cant reduce the number though
], with 4 JB each catering the 4 load cells. All the JBs are then connected to the processing unit.
I'm not sure on how to detect any Load cell failure either in hardware @ JB or Processing unit or via software.
Theologically the failed load cell either gives 0 mV or Full Scale Rated mV output. Any advice would be much appreciated.
