Multiple alarms for Yokogawa ALR121

I am receiving multiple alarms from a Yokogawa ALR121 communications card.

Here is the error message: FCS0101 SS-COM Error FIO1 NODE 03 SLOT 05 PORT 02 STN010 Code= A3C6.

Yesterday, the code was A3B0. Could the card be going bad and need to be replaced?
