Bently Nevada output to Yokogawa

We are connecting a 4-20 ma o/p (24vdc loop powered) from bently nevada 3300/55 vms card directly to yokogawa AI card AAI143 (4 wire transmitter jumper set) to display the vibration readings in DCS. Yokogawa is not accepting the input and gives an Open loop alarm in the loop. When feeding with a milliamps source to Yokogawa AI channel, we can see readings in the DCS. Can any one help to connect the signal to dcs? I think it requires some Isolator or barrier to be used. Pleas suggest.

Dear Muhammad Nizam

It looks some setting issue at card. try to have close look at other inputs for reference.

Standard 4-20 mA signal normally accepted by any control system. Your 4-wire tx jumper setting at input card is confusing, while at my plant bentley 3300 output (2-wire 4-20 mA) is directly terminated at IMASI-Bailey infi-90 without any isolator or barrier. you can test by putting any galvanic isolator in between but it is useful when there is difference in grounding levels.
