Problems with Endress & Hauser FMP 51

We are using Endress & Hauser FMP51 at site for, measuring level of liquids & as well as for Interface.

We have ordered the probe length of 850 mm.
We have received the instruments & found the following settings.

For Liquids

Empty Calibration=800mm
Full Calibration=700mm

For Interface

Empty Calibration=800mm
Full Calibration=800mm

Any help regarding how they set these parameters & will transmitter work fine once we have actual levels after few days.
