Ethernet support for a Static IP Router

I am looking for a 4-port Ethernet device that supports static IP routing.
Industrial rated DIN-rail mounting would be considered a plus.

All I have been able to find are high-end enterprise-level switches. I need something smaller and less expensive. Any ideas?

One can purchase used Cisco routers/switches via the internet for under 50 dollar US.
