A week ago we lost communication between Mark V and EX2000 (via Ethernet)(Frame 5 unit). After two hours trying to get a solution, suddenly, everything was ok, but we did nothing.
My question is: Assuming that the communication is OK? Is there a procedure, or a command or a test we can do to verify if the communication is OK? It seems to be a contradiction, but what we want to know is what do to when the communication fails if we previously know the system response when it was OK.
