OEE module for aspentech Infoplus 21 (IP21)

Major listed company, we have multiple industrial sites in 70 countries+. We have Infoplus 21 installed in 70% of countries.

Today using a standalone tool, we would like to replace it with an OEE tool embedded in IP21 database.

Do you know any company (or freeware) that is available off the shelf for that purpose?
