Unable to connect Wonderware Intouch View to A-B CompactLogix 1769-L32E.

ArchestraS System Management Console SMC is set with the .DASABCIP.4 and the entire tree /Port_CIP/ENB_CPLX/Backplane_CPLX/Logix_CPLX

Host name in ENB_CPLX is set to appropriate IP address (which can be pinged). When starting Intouch View the SMC Local Log shows;
"Unable to start NetDDE"
This happens on both a XP and Windows 7.

The Log also shows "Search for Topic 'name' has failed!"

The ironic thing I had it communicating on XP laptop which is now not accessible.

What am I missing? Any help is greatly appreciated!
