Problems with Active Keeper for Panel View

Hi,
I have connected my PC with controlNet card 1784-PCIC to an existing network with nodes such as
Message Code: 80C1
AB PANELVIEW 1000
CONTROLOGIX PROGRAMMABLE CONTROLLERS
I/O CHASSIS

I got this message when i attempt to go online and it says:

The offline file does not match the online configuration and there is no active keeper. The transition to online mode failed!

I have tried to open new configuration and go online but I could not see the complete network

Any suggestions?
