hello

I restart server b of experion pks server. I try to synchronize it with server a but a message "synchronization error" was displayed so the status of server b change from running to stopped.

I open services.msc and I see that "experion pks server database" is stopped. I try to start manually. it failed. I try to restart server and disconnect it from network but the the service fail to start. so the database is unloaded and the server is always stopped.

How can I resolve this problem?

 

I do not understand why you are asking us. This is a problem for your Honeywell Service Rep. It sounds like something they can handle in a phone call or email.
