Calibrating a pd meter for 2000 barrels

Can anybody give me an idea that How can i calibrate a smith pd meter of 2000 barrels per hour operational flow rate (more than 5000 liters per minute)? I am limited to a flow rate of 1400 liters per minute, master meter.
