Modbus communication using Honeywell CIM 620-0043

Facing problem communicating on RS-232 Modbus with Honeywell CIM 620-0043 card installed in 620-25 processor rack.

Cable used as per manual CIM 620-0043 Manual 620-8986 for direct connection to host. And Modscan32 used as Modbus master.

Not able to establish communication.
If anybody can guide?
