What will happen to the Exe certification of an UPS junction box if made the cable entry big (from M25 to M40)?

 

The best place to ask this question is with the supplier of the equipment, rather than a generic forum with no details of the item involved.

However, in general terms, this is possible without invalidating the certification PROVIDED

1. the IP rating of the replacement cable entry is as good as or better than the item being replaced

AND

2. the internal power dissipation of the enclosure remains below the permitted level for the certified T rating

AND

3. there are no restrictions on internal clearances etc that would be invalidated by increasing the entry (and presumably the cable) size.
