whenever i press the download button from Mon 2000 software pop up windows appears showing "GC Controller locked no updates allowed".
the physical lock near the controller keypad is un pressed.
the controller keypad screen is on the main screen.
i have restarted the GC controller
try to download from two different Laptop.
Please suggest.
