I shall be working on Gas Turbine Sysgas conversion project at one of the sites in INDIA. This is a first of it's kind project happening in INDIA and very prestigious from my company's perspective.
Turbine is Frame 6B without DLN. Control System is Mark IVe.
I wish to know from anyone associated with this forum, who have earlier executed such projects - challenges that they have faced from control and Instrumentation perspective with mitigation plan.

I am reading various threads from this forum and really amazed to see the talent pool contributing into it.

I would specially like to thank CSA for all his contributions so far. I have learned a lot from his threads and always image him as my greatest educator for Gas turbines.

 

Abhishek... what type of conversion process is involved? For example is it:

a) Coal to Syngas?

b) Bio-mass to Syngas?

c) etc

It's Petcoke to Syngas.
