Having 4 nos of High Presssure steam turbine inlet valves, Valve no 3 is maintaing the load while 1 and 2 remains full open condition. While in MW tracking mode the valve hunting at 37-40% opening. Checked LVDT feedback, command to valve. fine ok. Oil actuated valve. could find solution.
