When we change the tap changer position from 14 to 13 during high leading VARS to keep machine excitation parameters above trip level to avoid under-excitation trip, then gen. terminal voltage remains almost constant. however grid voltage further increase, but Gen. VARS decreases in leading direction. However i am not sure why it happens. Have any one idea about it?
