ERCB Directive 17 Gas Flow Computers

Does anyone know if most gas flow computers actually have Measurement Canada verification for Directive 17 compliance?

I can see that lots of companies state their gas flow computers "comply with directive 17" but I can't find any that actually have Measurement Canada or Industry Canada verification of this. Is this only required for custody transfer?

For example, does anyone know if ControlWave GFC gas flow computers or ROC800 gas flow computers are certified by Measurement Canada or Industry Canada to comply with Directive 17?

Does anyone know if most gas flow computers have Measurement Canada verification of Directive 17 compliance? More specifically, do the following gas flow computers have Measurement Canada certification relating to Directive 17?

If not, do these companies "comply with directive 17" via internal testing at the company itself? How can a company "prove" that it's flow computers are Directive 17 Compliant?
