We have just installed Mark-VIe. But the font size is very small. How to increase it? We earlier using Mark-V

Have you asked the installer?

I believe the only method is to change display resolution, unless you manually edit every display.

So, you would have to use the MS-Windows Control Panel Display applet, or the display card driver utility on the HMI CPU to decrease the resolution. Just be aware, that on some HMIs you may lose some display items or you may have to scroll side-to-side and/or up-and-down to see all the display items if you decrease the resolution too much.

You might also have a look at the CIMPLICITY Help file to see if there is any method in CIMPLICITY to do this--but if you change only the font size the text might no longer fit in the "boxes" on the display.

Please write back to let us know how you fare. Tell us what the display resolution was when you started this modification (i.e., what it is now--when the font is too small), and what the display resolution is when you reach a happy point.

Best of luck! Again, please write back to let us know how this worked for you--or if you found a different, and hopefully better, workaround.

You might already know this, but there is a zoom feature in Cimplicity. It will enlarge the entire graphic. The scroll bars will show up to allow you to navigate up/down and left/right as CSA stated.

Brian,
Could you tell us how you can access the zoom feature? Many sites don't have the CIMPLICITY toolbar at the top of the display, and lots of people don't know how to make the Toolbar visible.

Is there a hot-key sequence that can be used to zoom in--and out?

Is this a CIMPLICITY 'Help' topic?

Thanks!
