Mode 1 and Mode 2 in Turbine Control System

On a GE LM6000 turbine, the control system functional description talks about Mode 1 and Mode 2 for the SPS sump pressurization system.

Trying to figure if these modes are defined some where?

If they are part of the VFD parameters or part of the Mark Vle logic?
