we have gas turbine GE 9E, steam turbine Fuji. we started gas turbine, and during warm up the boiler gas turbine tripped with this alarms:

1- emergency mark VI remote manual trip
2- oil leakage level high trip
3- hazard gas sensor 45 TH (1,2,3,4,5,6)
4- hazard gas sensor card fault
5- fire protection alarm
6- cccw pump fault

and there is no feedback signal on HMI screen.

Faisal,

Alarms occur in a sequential chronological order. That means that a list of alarms is incomplete unless the times of the alarms are included.

When a trip occurs, the EARLIEST trip in the list is the cause of the trip. Unfortunately, GE doesn't block trips which are detected after the turbine is tripped--meaning that any "trips" which the Speedtronic detects after the turbine trips are also annunciated as trips.... BUT those erroneous trips are AFTER the original cause of the trip.

It's rare that two original turbine trips are detected in the same scan (and would be marked with the same time stamp).

Many people believe that the LAST trip message (by time stamp) is the cause of the trip--and on a printed list of alarms from the Alarm Printer that is also the top-most trip message. But, it's not the original turbine trip--that's the earliest trip message (by time stamp).

So, it's impossible to tell from the information provided what the EXACT cause of the trip was.
