Hi guys,
I am having ABB TZIDC positioner along with ABB control valve. Now, the problem I am facing is that even though I have provided 4-20 mA supply along with the 5 bar pressure, during the 0-200 sequence in auto adjust mode, it stops around 20 showing the "timeout" error. Now, as per the operating manual, the possible problem maybe the lack of sufficient pressure which is suffice enough. So, what could be the possible reason that I can not calibrate in auto adjust mode? Your help will be much appreciated.
P.S. : I have kept the operating mode "manual within the sensor range" and then after perform the steps for auto adjust as given in operating manual.
