No Communication with GE Fanuc 90-30

I have changed the Power supply in the GE Fanuc 90-30. so we have the only communication port in this, serial communication. I have tried to go online with lm 90, versapro, and even proficy ME, any other suggestion? the led run is on, so I suppose CPU is functional. CPU is model 331.

Verify that you have the correct cable, if the cable has an RS-485 to RS-232 adapter built into the 15pin connector it needs to get 5 VDC from pin 5 of the 15 pin port on the power supply, check it too.
By default the port is setup for 19.2k baud Odd Parity, 8 data bits. Some machine builders and/or HMI devices need something different. Try changing the software's parity to None first then try 9600 baud. These are often changed to accommodate dial-up modems.

BTW, the RS-485 serial port is in the CPU331, only the connector is on the power supply.
