Frame: 6B GT

Was running for long without shutdown and tripped due to GCB issue. Several restart attempted but tripped on fail to ignite.

Fuel check valve ok & check valve operated between 5-7 KG/CM2 and are OK.
Flame detectors cleaned and ok.
Purged the fuel line from the divider to the nozzles.
Spark plugs were tested ok.
Liquid fuel stop valve (20Fl-1) & Liquid fuel Control valve ok.
Checked the spark plug and ok. Fuel strainer & Filter clean.

 

Hi Cris,

One thing you didn't tell us is what is your main HP Fuel Pressure? and what are the individual nozzle pressures when trying to ignite? also you didn't tell us if the fuel pump clutch (20CF) is energized (needs 20FL open (33FL) + fuel pressure (63FL)).
