Wheel Chamber Pressure in Steam Turbine

Dear all,

Our 25 MW steam Turbine tripped on inlet steam temp low. again turbine started and observed all parameters on 22 MW load i found that, after 1st stage (wheel chamber) pressure 50 kg/cm2 and 1st extraction steam pressure 27 kg/cm2. but before this tripping wheel chamber pressure was 48 kg/cm2 and 1st extraction pressure was 24 kg/cm2.

Please help me what happen in Turbine also suggest me that we can operate the Turbine at full load.
