Reading a Power Meter Using RX3i Master DNP3

I need to read a power meter via DNP3 from a GE PACSystems RX3i. I'm using the CMM004 serial communications module to do so.

I'm stuck right now because I need to read counters (DNP3's Object 20), but I don't know which function to select from the options the module gives. I don't know if this function is not implemented.
