I've a Series A Mitsubishi PLC's connected via RS-485 and I need to convert this bus to a optic fiber.

Thanks in advance

B&B Electronics, http://www.bb-elec.com has the FOSTCDR in their printed catalog. It converts RS-232/422/485 to fiber and back. Din rail mounted.

You may want to look at Omega (omega.com 1-800-826-6342). They have a couple of serial to fiber converters. Most are RS232 to fiber, but they
have a RS232/422 to fiber converter.

Phoenix Contact makes a nice din-rail mount serial to fiber converter. Try PSM series.

Hello there,
Phoenix Contact has a PSM product range that does this conversion. They have versions for RS485 both 2-wire and 4-wire. Try
www.phoenixcontact.com or

http://catalog.phoenixcontact.com/showmodule.cmdl?moduleID=2761651

Try Hirschmann. They have a product, the OZD 485, which converts any RS485 communications to Fiber optic. We have already tested this device with Allen Bradley DH+ and Remote I/O, which might as well work also with your plc.

Hope this helps.

Try this website: www.commfront.com, their serial to fiber optic converter comes with MM/SM modes and ST/SC connectors, you can connect RS232 to one side and RS485 or RS422 to the other side. Here is the link: http://www.commfront.com/Fiber-Optic-Converters/RS232-RS485-RS422-to-F iber-Optic-Converter.htm

Try

They seem to have a full range of FO modules.
