We have an application about controlling the inverters by GE-PLC in our plant, recently, we find the operator can not run and stop the inverters in the field by the Genius I/O, then we found the RS232/RS485 communications were interrupted in the PCM and inverters, we can reboot the PLC for reset the communication with the 30 pcs inverters.
But sometimes it can cause the inverters failure, the error message is "cpf01" in the inverters.So we want to know what the best way is to find the root cause in the chain, if some inverters is bad for system. and what are the good software and instruments to test the RS232/RS485 communication and IDM inverters?
