3000-TS and SLC5/04

Hi. I'm working on a system with several devices (11) 3000-TS, where the main station is SLC 5/04, and exists the question about if it is necessary use 'additionally' XSTAMP 3000 software package to manage all event. On the other hand, I would like to know if anyone have proved the connectivity or communication between PLC from Allen Bradley and Prolinx device by ethernet and then Prolinx device (DNP protocol)with a host that just understand IEC 60870-5-101 protocol. Is DNP protocol equal than IEC 60870-5-101? Thanks for your help sarosero
