Using a 3COM PCMCIA 10BT network card on a NEC LX laptop. When the network connection is re-established the networking protocols are taking greater than 40 seconds to start operating properly. Is there a registry setting or windows setting to decrease the amount of time NT tries to establish a connection? We are using this on a redundant Wonder Ware InTouch system (2 PCs), 1 Insole server and 1 Siemens S7-300 PLC. All devices are connected via 10baseT Ethernet. Thanks Ian
