I need a way of controlling a 2HP 1-phase motor (possibly 3 phase). I'd be willing to go as far as to put an encoder on it, but I can handle that, I think. The harder part (for me) is to find a way of making a low-voltage or DMX (digital-multiplex 512) type control for it.

When we lift a load about 10 tons, it runs well, but with a load about 12 tons, when starting pull up, load pulls the hoist down...

I cannot run in sensorless vector mode. When I try to run in this mode, inverter trips as starting (overcurrent trip). What can I do so inverter can run in this mode?
