I am working with an instrumentation engineering service company where we are undertaking the turn-key projects right from concept to commissioning. I am unhappy with the cable scheduling format which we are using for our engineering purpose. Can anyone of you provide me some better format for cable schedule & interconnection drawing in MSExcel or any other format.

Here is a Revisioned Controlled Spreadsheet that has a Cable Schedule example that I programmed.

It is a macro-based spreadsheet that has the VBA unlocked.
