we are currently working on a project 4-20mA isolator it should be hart compatible too

we tried lot of methods and we were not successful so someone please give me good advice on doing so.

our problem is the isolator should support bidirectional HART communication

The isolator must be designed to not strip off the HART data.

I believe Phoenix Contact has bidirectional HART isolators, probably Pepperl & Fuchs, too.

Looks like M-system and Moore Industries have HART compatible signal
isolators:

I have not tried any of them so I have no idea if they are any good or not.

Note that sometimes when people say "isolators" they may be referring to "safety barriers" (associated apparatus) which at the same time are galvanically isolated (as opposed to old fashioned Zener barriers). These are also available with support for HART communication. MTL, P+F, Stahl, etc. have them.

To learn stuff you did not know about HART take a look at the yellow book "Fieldbuses for Process Control: Engineering, Operation, and Maintenance"
buy online:

Hi.. You can use KFD2-STC4-EX1 for isolating analog input. It has Bi directional HART capability.
for analog output you can use KFD2-SCD2-EX1.LK, which has HART option also .
