"extended over excitation" alarm fault

when a "extended over excitation" alarm fault appeared in startup phase of gas turbine, what's the root cause of this fault

Thnak u first for ur reply, the 52g is open (no load), so it's not yet connected to the transformer. We have a problem with prismic A10 excitation Controller
