How can I simulate simatic PID algorithm in Matlab to get the best settings for this problem:
I did in Matlab model of Heat process. It's one object described by Transfer function and PID.
In Siemens help PID controller is K(1+1/Tis+Tds) so I used this form to simulate PID. With Matlab I can find good K, Ti, Td for this process.
When I obtain good Kp, Ti, Td, I write them to PID Db block. In next step I connect via OPC my model in Matlab (only object) with PID algorithm in PLC. But this controller does not work good.
What should I do to simulate better behavior of Cont_C in Matlab?
