Hi All

We at site facing issue with Cimplicity proficy HMI screens showing black..

Do someone have faced same issue and how did it solved?

We got instructions from GE engineering to add a RGB.Dat file at some locations but it doesn't solve the problem

@WTF?
Actually we uninstall and reinstall Cimplicity as Viewer status as TAs installed Cimplicity as Developer.. Which was not correct..
Also we added a RGB. Dat file (Red Green Blue) at the correct path C:/Site/Master instead of C:/Site/screens

Hope this will help who got same issue.
