Remote diaphragm seal level tx

I need to know if we need to account for the elevation or supression if installing a remote diaphragm seal level transmitter with same length of capillary tubes? A manufacturer once told me that using same length of capillary tubes will cancel off the elevation or suppression. Is it true?

How should we run the pair of capillary tube from the remote diaphragm seals to the transmitter mounted on a stand?

No, the elevation and suppression will depend on the difference in elevation between the seals. if one seal is one meter higher than the other you will get an error equal to 1 meter of the fluid in capillary. However if the transmitter is higher or lower in relation to the two seals, that should cancel out.
