Single Flow Double Pressure vs Single Pressure Double Flow Steam Turbines

Single Flow Double Pressure Steam Turbines
Are those in which in which when the steam enters from both HRSGs to ST, their pressures are added up not the flow. Say for example if the header pressure of steam from HRSGs is 16MPa then the pressure of common header towards steam turbine would be 32MPa.

Similarly vice versa for single pressure double flow steam turbines. The header pressure of steam from HRSGs and their common header towards steam turbine would be same (16MPa referring to example I quoted). But their flow would be added. Assuming 10t/h in previous scenario, here the flow would be 20t/h

Please correct me if I am wrong
Secondly, how to differentiate between them?
