I'm asking about what could happen to 11 KV motor winding if it stopped manually. But stil one pole of the circuit breaker stuck close for an hour?

The Motor winding insulation completely deteriorated after this accident.
Could you explain the analysis

The stator winding failed to earth (ground)! That is why I always recommend very large LV or your 11kV Motor, protection from such events.
In what country did this happen. I can recommend a proper solution!
