Can anyone help me in detail how to configure audible alarm whenever any alarms come in my Simatic WinCC?

Since V6.0 WinCC offers a so named "Horn editor"
This configuration tool allows you to toggle an internal or external (PLC/DCS) tag when alarms become active.

You can use several filters to distinguish between alarms and set different bits
The bits can also drive a WAV file, or relay that can be inserted in the PC.
The tool also allows configuration of Horn-silence strategies, incl. signals from the PLC/DCS, tags or other PC's on the network

Search for "Horn" in the WinCC Information System(interactive Help) on your Installed PC.
