WHAT IS THE REASON FOR THE 8 MINUTE TIME SET FOR FLAME-OUT FOR GE FRAME 9 GAS TURBINE AFTER SHUTDOWN?

What is the constant used for the 8 minute time period... In our case it is loss of flame on two flame detector not sensing...Normally happens in gas near to 18% coasting down after a shutdown..
