A flow transmitter (DP type) is installed on CO2 Service always shows erratic behaviour in changing season i.e, from summer to winter. Steam tracing and insulation is done on impulse lines of the transmitter in order to accumulate condensate. But the problem still persists. Now as the weather changing. Its behaviour is again erratic. It become normal for several hours after purging. How can I rectify it?

transmitter technology is capacitance type. Change in Capacitance gives you change in Differential Pressure. Square root of the DP gives you flow.
